Terms & conditions
Last updated: February 2026
Agreement and scope
These terms form the agreement between you and Stratigo Collectives Pvt. Ltd. ("Stratigo", "we", "us"), a technology company incorporated in Nepal and based in Lalitpur, for your use of our websites, demo and contact forms, account registration, and platforms — including Qaventra, Nexora and Luma (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services you accept these terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business or institution, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. Where a customer has executed a separate agreement with us (such as a master services agreement or order form), that agreement governs the commercial relationship and prevails over any conflicting website terms.
What our products are — and are not
Our products are technology platforms designed to support financial, operational, customer engagement, and institutional workflows: payment operations, banking infrastructure, and loyalty infrastructure. Product availability, functionality, integrations, and applicable services may vary depending on customer requirements, jurisdiction, and third-party providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Stratigo Collectives Pvt. Ltd. is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, lender, investment adviser, securities broker, insurance provider, or other financial institution, and our software products do not themselves constitute regulated financial services. Regulated services reached through our platforms are provided by the applicable licensed third party.
Accounts and credentials
Some functionality requires an account. You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep them current, and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by users you authorize, and you agree to notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use through our contact page.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security or legal risk, or remain inactive in ways that affect platform integrity, with notice where practicable.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and only for their intended business purposes. In particular, you will not: use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion; misrepresent your identity or authority; probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer platform security except through coordinated disclosure to us; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; transmit harmful code; or send unsolicited bulk communications through the Services.
Customers remain responsible for the legality of their own business activities, for the instructions they give our platforms, and for obtaining any consents needed to provide end-user or employee data for processing.
Third-party integrations
Certain products integrate with banks, payment service providers, financial institutions, technology providers, or other third parties to complete functionality such as settlement, verification, or notifications. Those integrations — and any regulated activity behind them — are provided by the applicable third party under its own terms, licenses, disclosures, and regulatory requirements, which you accept by using them.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or decisions outside our control, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain integrations and communicate material changes.
Trials, demos and pre-release materials
Product demonstrations, descriptions, illustrations, projections, interface designs, and documentation shown on this website may represent conceptual, illustrative, or pre-release functionality and may not reflect the exact functionality, availability, or configuration of a deployed product. Evaluation access, where granted, is provided for assessment purposes and may be modified or withdrawn.
Intellectual property and license
The Services, software, designs, trademarks, and content remain the property of Stratigo Collectives or its licensors. Subject to these terms and any customer agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
Feedback and suggestions you share may be used by us without restriction or compensation. Third-party names, trademarks, logos, financial institutions, payment networks, and other brands referenced remain the property of their respective owners; references do not constitute an endorsement or imply a partnership unless expressly stated.
Information, not advice
Information provided through our website, products, documentation, and other materials is for general informational and operational purposes only. Stratigo does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and platform outputs do not substitute for qualified professional judgment.
Availability, security and liability
Stratigo makes reasonable efforts to maintain the security, reliability, and availability of its platforms, including access controls, encryption, and audit trails. However, no software system or transmission of information can be guaranteed to be completely secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, and the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratigo excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Where a separate customer agreement sets out different liability, warranty, or indemnity terms, that agreement prevails for the covered services.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment under a customer agreement, or material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Services; provisions on intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive. Statutory and contractual record-keeping obligations continue regardless of termination.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Before pursuing formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through negotiation, including escalation to senior representatives on request. Failing resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
Changes, severability and contact
We may update these terms as our products and practices evolve; material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
Questions about these terms can be directed to Stratigo Collectives Pvt. Ltd., Lalitpur, Nepal, through our contact page.
